Hold a plank for 30 seconds, alternate with 15-second rest periods. Repeat 3 sets. Start on your knees if needed, progress to full plank as you get stronger.

High Knees on Fire 

Blast those abs with high knees for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds. Repeat 3 sets. Feel free to add arm swings for an extra challenge.

Superhero Squats 

Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart, engage your core, and squat down as if sitting in a chair. Hold for 3 seconds, stand back up. Repeat 12 times, 3 sets. Imagine saving the world with each squat! 

Bridge Builder: 

Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat. Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes. Hold for 5 seconds, lower back down. Repeat 10 times, 3 sets. Build that bridge to a stronger core!
